The property is very unusual and in a lovely tranquil location bordering the river. The old cortijo is on two floors and has had a new roof. The ceilings are high with wood beams and enormous columns, both floors could easily be made into at least four rooms. The rest of the rooms all lead off the tiled courtyard and consist of two bedrooms with a SNUG room decorated in Moroccan style adjoining one of the bedrooms. The main part of the property has a covered porch with three arches and one enormous room divided into lounge/dining room and kitchen.
